A Father's Place Announces Expansion into the Lowcountry

The South Carolina Center for Fathers and Family (SCCFF) has announced that its primary partner on the coast, A Father’s Place, Inc. (AFP), will be expanding its responsible fatherhood programs into eight additional counties in the Lowcountry beginning October 1, 2023. Wallace Evans, Jr. serves as CEO of A Father’s Place.

South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster announced on Tuesday that appropriations sponsored by members of the legislature will benefit Man 2 Man, a fatherhood initiative serving Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marion, and Marlboro counties. Man 2 Man is one of six fatherhood organizations working together in a coalition with the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families in Columbia to help fathers become better dads across the state.
