We cultivate partnerships with corporate and community partners, to provide new services and meet ongoing fatherhood needs. We carefully measure the return on our investments, collecting data statewide to inform decisions so we can make the greatest impact.
Our investment in fatherhood
We provide funding and expertise to 6 regional fatherhood organizations. The Center supports their work with training, technical support and data analysis. We develop the statewide curriculum for programs, monitor their effectiveness through intensive data collection and analysis, and innovate our approach to service through continuous quality improvement.
Our investment in community resources
We help identify gaps in services and provide resources to meet the needs of fathers, such as hiring healthcare providers to deliver direct care. We also host training for practitioners and community leaders to enhance their skills and increase their focus and success in working with fathers and each other.
Our investment in collaboration
We use our position as a statewide organization to highlight barriers—and to spotlight the positive achievements of fathers. Our goal is to help people at every level recognize the importance of fatherhood and support fathers as they achieve their potential.
