Data and Quality Associate

The Data and Quality Associate will work to increase the quality of data collection, data review, and data monitoring to improve programmatic service delivery; increase program deliverables and accountability to increase overall programmatic outcomes; and monitor program enrollment, completion, and retention over time and determine whether organizational modifications or adjustments will lead to overall improvement.

The Data and Quality Associate will provide information and data for the Director of Quality Assurance and Senior Program Manager to utilize to improve organizational functioning, implement effective and reliable data collection, and compile grant deliverables.

Project Manager

The Project Manager provides day to day management and operations for stated partnerships The SC Center for Fathers and Families (The Center) and South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice & South Carolina Department of Corrections around the planning, implementation, and tracking of specified deliverables. Specific duties include serving as liaison to key funder and partner organizations, facilitating and participating in planning, collaborating with agency leadership, and brainstorming and championing ways to develop and improve the project.
