Dean Galloway of Brevard, NC was the lucky name drawn on Father’s Day from more than 600 entrants for the 3^rd Annual Reel Connection fishing trip with Bassmaster Hall of Famer Davy Hite. Dean and daughter Kaeden will join Davy for an unforgettable day of fishing and fatherhood stories. Both Dean and his daughter are avid fishers and big fans of Davy. When they got the call telling them they had been selected for the trip, Dean said they watch Davy on TV all the time and are excited to meet him.

An SCCFF board member, Davy donates his time, his boat and his talent to take a father and child fishing on one of SC’s freshwater lakes. The Reel Connection was started to build awareness about the importance of fathers spending quality time with their children.
