15th Annual Unity in the Community an astounding success

This year's Unity in the Community was a hit just like the 14th before. Lancaster County residents and others came out to experience the food, fellowship and fun.

We, the Lancaster Fatherhood Project sponsored the event for the 15th consecutive year. Unity in the Community is designed to simply provide a day where the community can gather for fun and entertainment. The residents were able to play several games, win prizes and participate in other activities, such as face painting. Cleo White and The Identity Band provided live music for all of the residents. Local agencies and other groups also had information booths set up during the event.

During these hard economic times, it's good to be able to enjoy a festival that's free. It's something we look forward to. It brings pride to the entire community. It's something everybody can be a part of. We thank everyone that contributed to the 15th Unity in the Community or any of the previous 14. We take tremendous pride in this event and hope that we provide everyone with a great time. Below are just some of the moments captured at the event.
