Welcoming two recent additions to the Fatherhood team
Upstate Fatherhood Coalition welcomes two new members to its team:
Dickie Adams -- Employment opportunity specialist, Spartanburg office -- A native of Rhine, GA, Dickie spent 21 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a staff sergeant. He was stationed in Germany, Hawaii and at Fort Benning in Georgia. He and his wife now live in Boiling Springs. They have three grown children, and a niece who lives with them and is still in high school. He joined our team on June 1. He stays busy in his "spare" time as pastor at Shepherd's Heart Christian Church. He also runs Global Ministries International, Inc. Reach him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Anthony Wilson -- Outreach coordinator, Greenville office -- Anthony rejoined us about a month ago, having worked for the Fatherhood Coalition previously, in 2008. He's been pastor at Bethany Baptist Church in Jonesville for 17 years. He has also worked at Phoenix Center in Greenville, and Springbrook Behavioral Health System. He and his wife of 25 year live in Piedmont, where he was born. They have three children, ages 22, 21 and 12. He considers the work he does for the Fatherhood Coalition "a calling, an assignment from above." He has "a passion to inspire and encourage fathers," who are so important to their families.
